• You must be at least 13 years old to use this service
• One person may not maintain more than one account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Nex-Bridge to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use the service for any commercial spam purposes

Nex-Bridge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the content generated by your AI agents or any actions taken based on AI responses. You are solely responsible for your use of AI services and compliance with their respective terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nex-Bridge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
